Getting started

How to manage your profile, personal data and security

In your iSwiss Pay profile you check your data, change email and phone, choose language and look, manage sign-in, devices and account blocking.

From your profile you check your personal data and change your contact details. You choose the language and look of the app, and manage sign-in and linked devices. If needed, you can block your account for a while.

Go back to the top of your profile and tap “Security”. Under “ACCESS” you can change your “Password” and the six-digit “Unlock code” asked when you open the app. With the switches you turn on “Biometric unlock” (fingerprint or face instead of the code) and “Payment confirmation” (code or fingerprint before every payment).

Go back to the top of your profile and tap “Security”. Under “ACCESS” turn on the “Sign in with Face ID” switch: next time Face ID is enough, with no password.
